ASG’s UAS Services Director and Chief Instructor are ex-UK military aircrew with over 60 years of combined experience across the Fleet Air Arm, Army Air Corps, Royal Marines, RAF Central Flying School, and civil aviation as an NPAS Police Senior Pilot. Many of their instructors are also veterans from all three services, with backgrounds in Rotary aircraft and UAS/RPAS, including service in 700X Naval Air Squadron.

ASG takes pride in having an instructor team that is 100% veteran-staffed, ensuring training is delivered by those who truly understand the transition from military to civilian life. They are known for their supportive approach, strong industry links, and commitment to helping service leavers develop their skills and advance their careers.

The scheme offers funding for higher-level education and nationally recognised qualifications at Level 3 or above, helping individuals gain new skills and knowledge to transition into civilian life or advance their careers.

We are an ELCAS approved Learning Provider (ID: 9355) so you can use your ELCAS Higher or Lower tier funding to cover up 80% of the full course price meaning that you could pay as little as £300 for a course.
