Why?
This course will take you from scratch to becoming a fully qualified drone pilot able to fly in the Open A2 Category and operate any 0-25kg multirotor drone VLOS under the Specific category.
Course Overview
This course will include:

Pre-course learning manual with all the relevant topics you need to know to operate your drone within the Specific Category. We will also ensure you have completed the CAA’s Drone and Model Aircraft Registration (DMARES) online training and test and be in possession of both a ‘Flyer ID’ and 'Operator ID; and have conducted a period practical flight training either self-certified or with us as an RAE.

Online training with one of our instructors to teach you all you need to know to operate drones safely to include Meteorology, UAS flight performance, risk assessments, Air Law, UAS operating principles, airmanship and safety, human factors, navigation and charts, UAS general knowledge, operator responsibilities and operating procedures.
